Yes. One accompanying person per eligible visitor may purchase a Special Discount Ticket. If there are multiple accompanying persons, additional individuals must purchase tickets other than the Special Discount Ticket.

Yes. Accompanying persons must be able to provide necessary assistance or support according to the needs of the eligible visitor.

No. Multi-entry passes are offered at the same price for all visitors. There are no special multi-entry passes exclusively for those eligible for Special Discount Tickets.

Yes, the official ticket website is accessible from overseas. Tickets will also be available via authorised ticket agency contracted by the Association. Please refer to the list of authorised ticket agencies for further details.

No. Individuals under 16 cannot purchase tickets directly on the official ticket website. A parent or guardian must make the purchase on their behalf. Multiple tickets (for family members or companions) can be purchased in a single transaction.

On the GREEN×EXPO 2027 ticket website, you can purchase e-tickets and commemorative tickets (available for an additional fee).

Yes, entry is permitted with a higher-priced ticket than your applicable category.

Tickets available during the event period (19 March 2027 – 26 September 2027) include: One-Day Tickets, Evening Tickets, Special Discount Tickets, Season Passes, and Summer Passes (valid for entry until 31 August). These are business-card-sized tickets printed with a 10-digit ticket ID and a 2D barcode (QR code). In addition to the ticket price, a separate handling fee may apply.
If you book your visit date and time via the official ticket website (scheduled to start around autumn 2026), you will be able to enter using your paper ticket. Please note that you will not be able to enter with a paper ticket for which a visit date and time has not been booked.
Furthermore, paper tickets are only available from authorised ticket agencies. They cannot be purchased via the official ticket website. A list of authorised ticket agencies can be found here.

Admission tickets are also available from travel agencies and various ticket agencies. We regularly update and provide information via the list of authorised ticket agencies who have entered into consignment sales agreements with the Association, so please make use of this resource.

There are currently no such plans. You can check the list of authorised ticket agencies who have entered into consignment sales agreements with the Association, separate from the official ticket site, for the latest information.

As a general rule, the Association does not offer refunds, including unused tickets. However, refunds may be issued in the event of cancellation due to reasons attributable to the Association, or other circumstances where the Association deems refunds appropriate.

The admission procedure for entry using e-tickets, and information for guests with paper tickets, is as follows.

● Procedure for entry using e-tickets
After logging in to the official ticket website, display the QR code for entry on the screen of your smartphone or similar device via the ‘My Tickets’ page, and hold it up to the scanner at the venue’s entrance gate.
The venue may be crowded, and mobile network coverage may be poor. To ensure smooth entry, we recommend that you make the following preparations in advance.
• Save a screenshot of the QR code
• Print the QR code onto paper in advance and bring it with you

● For guests with paper tickets
Please note that you will not be admitted with a paper ticket alone.
Please ensure you access the official website via your smartphone or computer in advance to book your date and time of visit. Once your booking is complete, please enter the venue by following the electronic ticket procedure described above (presenting the QR code). Please present either your paper ticket or the QR code from your electronic ticket to gain entry.

Pets are not permitted inside the venue. As there are no temporary pet-sitting facilities, please refrain from bringing pets with you. *Exceptions are made for assistance dogs, hearing dogs and guide dogs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For further details, please refer to the Visitor Rules (Prohibited Items and Activities).

Details regarding how to view the exhibition facilities and other attractions within the venue will be announced on the official website and other channels as soon as they are finalised.

Bookings for specific dates and times to visit GREEN×EXPO 2027 will open on Friday, 18 September.
After purchasing your admission ticket, you must make an advance booking via the official ticketing website. Even if you have a paper ticket, please register for an account on the website and book your date and time.

You cannot gain entry with your paper ticket alone. We apologise for the inconvenience, but please access the official ticket website in advance, register an account and book your visit date and time.

■ Changing Your Visit Date and Time
・With the exception of Season Passes and Summer Passes, you may change your visit date and time booking up to three times. Even if you are unable to attend on the day you made your third change to your visit date and time, you can still book same-day entry via the official ticket website from midnight on the day you wish to attend, provided there are seats available. Please note that you cannot book dates for the following day or later. Furthermore, changes to the time within the same day do not count towards the limit on the number of changes to your visit date and time.

Booking your visit date and time, and booking the shuttle bus or parking, are separate procedures. If you are unable to secure a booking for either, you will need to amend your booking; therefore, please check the availability of both carefully before proceeding.

With the Season Pass, you can book up to four days at a time. Once you have visited on one day, you will be able to make a new booking for the following day or later. You may change your booking as many times as you like.

Details regarding how to visit facilities within the venue—including the Village exhibitions, Flower and Greenery exhibitions, international exhibitions and theme pavilions—will be announced on the official website and other channels as soon as they are finalised.

With the exception of the Season Pass and the Summer Pass, you can change your visit date and time booking up to three times. Even if you are unable to attend on the day you made your third booking change, you can still use the same-day admission booking if there are available slots from midnight on the day of your visit.

You can book up to 3 days at a time with a Summer Pass. Once you have visited on one day, you can book a new visit date and time from the following day onwards. You can change your booking as many times as you like within the validity period.

With a Season Pass, you can book up to four days at a time. Once you have visited on one day, you can book a new date and time from the following day onwards. You may change your booking as many times as you like.

No. These tickets are valid only for the individual whose face photo has been registered. Tickets with registered photos cannot be transferred, lent, resold, or used by anyone other than the registered individual.

Yes, you can register multiple face photos. Please ensure that each photo corresponds to the actual ticket holder. Once registered, the information cannot be changed.

Yes, tickets can be purchased 24 hours a day via the official ticket website. However, the system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. During such periods, a “System Maintenance” notice will be displayed.

Payment must be completed by 23:59 on the third day, including the purchase date.

Your application will become invalid. Please make a new purchase.

Yes. Receipts can be issued via “My Tickets” ＞ “Purchase History” for tickets purchased on the official website.

Tickets obtained from sources other than this website can be added to your “My Tickets” by completing the “Add Ticket” registration process on the official ticket website.

Enter the 10-digit Ticket ID shown on your ticket into the ticket registration screen.
*You may register up to 10 tickets at the same time.

You can check this via “My Tickets” ＞ “Purchase History” on the official ticket website. Please note that tickets not purchased directly by you will not appear in your purchase history.

Yes. The maximum number of unused tickets per account is as follows:

Total: up to 100 tickets
Season Pass / Summer Pass: up to 14 tickets each

Yes. Recipients must register an account on the official ticket website in order to receive tickets.

Yes. You can transfer unused tickets via the “Transfer Tickets” function on the official ticket website

Tickets that have been resold unlawfully will not be valid for entry to the venue. Please refrain from purchasing tickets through unauthorised ticket agencies.

The QR code will be displayed after you have reserved your visit date and time. Details on how to make a reservation will be announced in due course.

No. Tickets cannot be changed to a different type after purchase.

Unused tickets in your possession can be transferred to family members, friends, or others.

How to Transfer Tickets

・Go to "My Tickets" and click "Transfer Tickets"
・Select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer
・Confirm the selected ticket(s) and generate a transfer URL
・Copy the URL and send it to the recipient (e.g. via email)

How to Receive Tickets

・Click the transfer URL sent by the sender
・Create an account on the official ticket website (if not already registered)
・Log in and accept the ticket(s)

*The transfer URL is valid for 24 hours. Please ensure it is sent within this validity period.
*If the ticket is not accepted within the validity period, the URL will expire and the ticket will be returned to the sender's "My Tickets."

Commemorative tickets are available for all ticket types offered on the ticketing website. Please ensure you register your visitor details (photograph and full name) on the ticketing website. Furthermore, you may gain entry by presenting your commemorative ticket, provided you have affixed a photograph to the designated space on the back of the ticket.

Yes, that is possible. Please ensure that you also transfer the QR code for admission via the e-ticket. Follow the procedure via the ‘My Tickets’ > ‘Transfer Tickets’ menu on the official ticket website.

*Please note that changes to the delivery address can only be made via the purchase history of the customer who made the purchase.

Yes, you can. In addition to the QR code printed on the commemorative ticket, you can also enter using the QR code displayed via the ‘My Tickets’ menu on the official ticket website (both display the same QR code. A reservation for the date and time of your visit is required).

The first batch of deliveries is scheduled for December 2026. We will provide further details regarding the delivery schedule at a later date.

You can change your delivery address via the “My Tickets” > “Purchase History” > “View Details” screen on the official ticket website.

A commemorative ticket is a card-style ticket with an attached strap featuring a QR code for entry, allowing you to keep a physical memento of your visit. It can be purchased via the official ticket website.
