・Reservations are limited to one exhibit, once per day, per ticket.
・Reservation slots will be released in three stages throughout the day.
・For exhibits that also operate a standby line, you may still be able to view them by queuing, even without a reservation.

You can cancel a reservation you have already made and, if there is an open slot for the exhibit you want, make a new viewing reservation.

Since viewing reservations are limited to one exhibit, once per day, per ticket, you cannot rebook after your reservation time has passed.
If you wish to cancel a viewing reservation, please do so from "My Ticket" on the ticket site up to 15 minutes before your reserved viewing time.
After the 15-minute mark, one reservation slot will be used up even if you have not entered the venue.
